40: (A) Hartlepool UTD 1-2 Blackburn Rovers - LC S-F L1 (2 jammy comback goals after a gutsy performance,  Copper is shit & Barron, Davies, and McAuley all injured, Devine out for 4 and Nelson Back.)
41: (H) Hartlepool UTD 2-0 Real Madrid - ECL Q-F L1 (great performance 'gutsy.hil', Nelson scores, then injured.  His replacement scored the second.)
42: (H) Hartlepool UTD 0-2 Nottingham Forest - (****!  I was forced to rest the 2 centre backs through injury.  And Howard was injured too after 20 mins.  I am now 4th and 5 points off Man U with 12 games left.)
43: (H) Hartlepool UTD 1-0 Everton - (having to field 3 injured defenders just to try for a point, Howard and Nelson both injured - Tair suberlob for the win!!)
44: (H) Hartlepool UTD 4-1 Blackburn Rovers - LC S-F L2 (Had to play an injured Nelson, he scored 1st goal, but badly injured before half time.  They had equalised but Halliday pulled us back in front but level on agg.  Went to extra-time, I kept Nelson on the pitch still.  Then Johnson scored a goal and won a penalty which Nelson scored.   Nelson out for 2 matches)

59: (A) Hartlepool UTD 0-0 Manchester UTD (Still one point in it.  I should have won, Man U injured both my strikers badly in one sweeping run of fouls which led to a penalty which I missed!! - AHHH, Nelson out for 2 matches and Howard for 4.  Howard might make the ECL final vs Milan.  Glen Davies is almost back from a 5 match injury.)
60: (H) Hartlepool UTD 3-0 Leicester City (Superb! Hat-trick for replacement striker Allon.  Spectacular goals for 2+3-0 especially the header for 2-0)
61: (A) Hartlepool UTD 2-1 QPR (Phew! Nice goal from Johnson for 1-0, but at 2-0 up McAuley scored a silly OG.  MU are still just a point behind, it will go to the wire!)
62: (H) Hartlepool UTD 4-0 Southampton (Back to almost a full team for the last league match, only Howard and Knowles can't play.  Tair was badly injured on 10 mins and it was a tense first half with some missed chances.  Then in the second half it turned to an emphatic victory with a spectacular Halliday hat-trick!! - CHAMPIONS!)
