Hello, there is some good news this week.  I have all I need now to make up a version of SWOSupdate2000 which will work with SWOS 95/96 ECE.  If all goes well I will be able to release it next week.  Also I will try and do the new goals page for January.  There are some really awesome goals for me to look at in the week, you can see them soon.

After all this is done I can have a go at finishing the whole update so I can release a proper update and not a test copy.  I'll also sort out that silly mistake I made with the South Africa league.  And I am working on a careers page, which will be really cool.

Special report : One of the most weird, strange and completely freaky things on SWOS... ever?

The feature this week is the special report above but I am trying to work on the SWOSupdate2000 project and get it running smoothly with SWOS95/96 and SWOS96/97.  I have quite a lot to do though, you can see the list of things to do on the updates page.  It would be great if somebody could help me with the national teams so that the update is more complete.   Unfortuately I do not have much time to work on the SWOSupdate2000 because I am very busy with college and playing football.  To be honest I have got kind of bored doing the update and have spent more time recently preparing my CAREERS PAGE which I hope I can release as soon as possible.

I am going to be sorting out the SWOSupdate//2000 so that it works with SWOS 95-96 (ECE), so I will update this news page to let you all know how it is getting on, progress could be slow but I'll do my best to get it done by the end of the month.

Site updates include; Goal of the Month, Best Goal Ever and Compo Corner.  Some important news about the future of these pages follows.

After the end of January 2000 I will have to close the competition section; goal of the month, compo corner and best goal ever.  They will remain on the web for people to look at and download but will not be updated.  The reason for this is because I won't have time to work on the site that much as I have to work extra hard on my A-Levels (I was ill before Christmas so I have some catching up to do).  And also I have to work extra hard on real football, getting fit and scoring some goals!

I think the Competitions (GOTM, Best Goals and compo corner) are probably one of the best features of SensiSuperstar but they take up the most time to update.  So from the end of January I will not update Goal of the Month, Best Goal Ever and Compo Corner until the Summer when they could re-open again.

The timed spared by not updating these pages will give me more oppurtunities to develop the rest of the site.   I will be making a very good CAREERS section, and I will be able to do a little more on the SWOSupdate2000 patch.  Also when the goals pages return I will hopefully have re-done the Best Goal Ever section and put it in a much better format.

So keep on playing SWOS - you can still send goals until the end of January, and send me your best goals when the page is re-updated in the Summer.
